Marketing. We will only send you marketing emails if you have specifically ticked the marketing consent box when requesting your estimate. Agreeing to us contacting you about your estimate is not the same as agreeing to marketing, and we treat them separately.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing contact@wefitanykitchen.com. Withdrawing it will not stop us contacting you about an estimate, survey or job you have asked us about.
The quote you upload will usually have been produced by another company — for example Howdens, Wickes or B&Q. It may show your name, your address, and details of what you have ordered.

International transfers. Some of our providers are based in the European Economic Area. The UK Government has decided that the EEA provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, so no additional safeguards are required. We use one cookie. It is a session cookie that remembers your progress through the quote process so you don't lose your answers when moving between steps.
It is deleted when you close your browser. Because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, we are not required to ask your consent to set it.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.

There is no charge, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
Where the law requires us to keep certain records — for example accounting records for work we carried out — we may not be able to delete everything. If that happens we will tell you what we have kept and why.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at contact@wefitanykitchen.com so we have the chance to put it right.

We protect your information with encryption across the whole website, secure password storage for staff accounts, access controls on our administration system, and a record of changes made to customer records. Uploaded documents are stored where they cannot be reached directly from the internet.
No system is completely secure. If a breach happens that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will report it to the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and tell you directly where the risk to you is high.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change significantly affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you directly to tell you.
