Navy shaker with cup handles

Navy shaker with aged cup handles and knobs, run round an L with a peninsula carrying a grey and white marble-effect worktop. A pair of full-height larders close the run at the far end and take the single oven between them at eye level. The stainless upstand strip behind the hob is a practical touch against a painted splashback. Set against the existing yellow walls and a mid-oak wood-effect floor, the navy does the heavy lifting on the room's character.
